Zirui Huang

Zirui Huang was born in Fujian Province, China, and is currently a senior student in the Department of Transportation Engineering at Tongji University.

He wants to pursue graduate studies at the University of Arizona because he wants to sharpen his professional abilities at a university known for its strong academic atmosphere and rich teaching power. After he comes to Tucson, Ray is eager to meet the classmates with whom he attended classes via video in the first year.

The types of urban transportation issues he is concerned with are traffic movement and congestion. He wishes to find a career in data and software development in the future.

His favorite hobbies are photography and soccer.

 

Meiyu Pan

Meiyu was born in Shanghai and is currently a senior student in the Department of Transportation Engineering at Tongji Univ.

She wants to pursue graduate studies at the University of Arizona because it is worthwhile studying in a new country and learning about the latest technology. Most of all, once she reaches Tucson, Meiyu wants to try to communicate more with students and teachers.

The type of urban transportation issue she is concerned with the most is intelligent transportation systems. She wishes to analyze travel behavior in different kinds of data in her future professional career.

Her favorite pastimes include traveling, mountain hiking and drawing.
