| b. | Harold Ashton:For students enrolled in the Civil Engineering Dept. All applicants must be US citizens, completed minimum of 60 units of undergraduate study, and have a "B" average or higher. |
| c. | WE & Lucille Barnum: Recipients shall be native to AZ; registered in the College of Engineering and Mines of at least a sophomore standing. |
| d. | Beavers Heavy Construction: Citizen of U.S.; upperclassman in Civil Eng; pursuing career in heavy construction; employment experience in heavy construction; written paper outlining reasons for choosing this career. |
| e. | Fred and Anastasia Glendening: US citizens; grads from U.S. high school. Must be enrolled F/T; undergrads in junior or senior year pursuing a degree in Civil Eng.; preference to students w/financial need; 2.75 GPA; renewable two years max. |
| f. | David J. and Mickie Hall : For 1st or 2nd year students enrolled in Dept. of Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics to assist with recruitment of talented students. |
| g. | R. A. Jimenez Highway: Upper division or grad student in Civil Engineering; 2.5 GPA for undergrad; 3.25 GPA for grad students. Graduate of U.S. high school & plans to work or teach in Highway/Transportation. |
| h. | Mike Kolling Memorial Scholarship: Scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time at the U of A and be pursuing and undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics or pursuing the construction Management option in the Engineering Management program. Recipient must be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to students with financial need, to students interested in pursuing a career in construction or construction management and/or to students interested in pursuing a career in construction or construction management in the heavy highway and public works sector. |
| i. | Delbert R. Lewis Graduate Fellowship: To support grad students including teaching and research fellowships in the dept. of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics. |
| j. | Delbert R. Lewis Undergraduate Scholarship: For merit-based undergrads; United States citizens; outstanding students enrolled in the Dept. of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics. Awards are renewable for one year if students continue to meet selection criteria. |
| k. | Quentin Mees: Full-time junior or senior enrolled in Dept of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics; 2.75 GPA; service to his fellow students or to the public. |
| l. | J. Mellen Scholarship: Deserving grads of AZ & CA High Schols in upper-div of Civil Engineering or other engineering programs (Urban Planning & Dev.) Previous work experience. |
| m. | Meng Civil Eng: Junior or senior students in Civil Engineering; AZ residents. |
| n. | Elbridge & Genevieve Morrill Memorial: Civil Engineering students- AZ residents, AZ High School grads; US citizens who demonstrate financial need. |
| o. | Philip B. Newlin: Undergrad recipient in Civil Eng; Must have completed and received an "A" in the Civil Engineering surveying course offered by the UA; min. GPA 2.75. |
| p. | Paul G. Osborn Memorial: Undergrad juniors/seniors who are graduates of AZ high school; enrolled in Civil Engineering. Financial need and show interest in working in the private land development area. |
| q. | William Price: Junior, senior or grad students in the Dept of Civil Eng who are academically eligible. |
| r. | Jane Rider: Outstanding female student majoring in civil engineering. |
| s. | Thomas L. Rittenhouse: Worthy and deserving undergraduates majoring in Civil Engineering entering at least the second year of his/her studies and are graduates of an AZ high school.

| v. | J. Ruthrauff: Junior or senior students in Engineering; preference to Civil Engineering majors. |
| w. | Schramm in Civ Eng: Senior Civil Engineering student. Scholarship attainments, academic promise & character. |
| x. | S.&R.E. Shepherd: Rotates: Upper division or grad; majoring in Civil, Mining or Geological Engineering; US citizen; min cum GPA 3.0; academic excellence; good character; leadership characteristics. |
| y. | So. AZ. Branch of the AZ Society of Civil Engineers: Entering or continuing undergrads majoring in Civil Eng.; financial need preferred; demonstrate academic ability; U.S. citizens, grads of AZ high schools & AZ residents. |

| aa. | Dr. Russell D. Whitenack: Outstanding graduate students in the Dept. of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics in the areas of Engineering Mechanics, Geomechanics, and Structural Mechanics. Preference to students working in the topics of computational mechanics and constitutive modeling of Engineering materials. |
| ab. | Glenn A. Wildman: Student in College of Engineering with major in civil engineering; U.S. citizen; student in good standing. |
| ac. | Clarence Wilson: Designated to a deserving student in the College of Engineering and Mines; the end of his junior year to be applied for his senior college expenses. |
| ad. | Wood, Patel & Associates Scholarship: Student must be an Arizona resident, must be a full time Civil Engineering student and considered a junior in academic standing. Must maintain GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate leadership ability on campus and/or within the community. Scholarship not automatically renewed. Students must reaply each year. Scholarship recipients may participate in a paid summer internship between their junior and senior year. Must include a letter of recommendation from a faculty member and two additional persons in addition to SAPR. Must also include a personal essay stating why you think you are desrving of this scholarship and what you are going to do to give back to the community once you graduate. |
