Accelerated Master’s Program

The Accelerated Master's Program, or AMP, gives students the opportunity to earn their bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering and engineering mechanics by completing one additional year of coursework. Students in their senior year who are enrolled in the AMP may take several technical electives at the graduate level which, if completed with the associated graduate requirement, will count as credit toward both degrees.

The AMP's flexibility allows students to focus their graduate studies in one of the following subdisciplines: geotechnical engineering, hydraulics/hydrology, engineering mechanics, structures or transportation engineering.

Please see the AMP in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics page for options and admissions requirements.
